You are looking for a used Porsche Speedster for sale?
Here we present information and some Porsche Speedster for sale from the 356 to 911 model series (USA, UK and Europe):
Originally from America, the idea was born to develop a vehicle that could stand up to the competition from England. It was to be equally suitable for sporty use on the race track and in everyday road traffic. With its sporty lightness, minimalist design and affordable price, the Porsche Speedster quickly became a legend. It is therefore not surprising that the original 356 Speedster has now spawned five generations.
The origins of the Porsche Speedster
In the middle years of the last century, Porsche set a trend of deliberate renunciation with the Speedster. The recipe for success of the first Speedster consisted of simple simplicity. A flat, curved windshield – easily removable for weekend races – combined with a folding emergency soft top and optional plug-in windows for the doors formed the basic elements of the 356 Speedster in 1954.
The minimalist co*ckpit was equipped with lightweight bucket seats and fixed backrests. The equipment was limited to a speedometer and a temperature display. A heater and rev counter were additional options to keep the base price below the magical 3,000 dollar mark. The efforts paid off, because with up to 1,171 units sold in its most successful year, the 356 Speedster became a triumph.

Porsche Apricot Beige is probably one of the rarest of Porsche beiges. By the late 1980s, beige was as out of vogue as bellbottoms, so there were few takers during the two model years in which the color was offered. Most Porschephiles have never seen a 928, a 964, or a G-body Carrera in this color.
Arguably the most desirable classic 911 was launched in 1984 in all three body styles: coupe, Targa, and drop-top. At the end of the 3.2's run, 2103 Speedsters were made, which featured a shorter windshield and a unique top.
“It's their combination of low power and light weight,” Harris explains. “They allow the driver to outmaneuver and outhandle just about any car from the era.” He also appreciates that people on the street seem to uniformly greet a 356 — and its driver — in a very friendly way.
