Eternal Nebula Cookie (Korean: 태양플레어 쿠키, taeyangpeulleeo kuki, "Solar Flare Cookie") is a Legendary Cookie created by TheEternalPlixie and was released in the second half of a currently unnamed update. This Cookie was created on the 25th of July, 2023. They are of the Magic type and their position is prioritized to the Middle.

Appearance/Physical Attributes[]
Eternal Nebula Cookie has astral, purple dough that is hue-shifted with a light pink. Their hair consists of red stardust that shifts to orange at the bottom and is decorated with a golden headpiece topped with a golden star. They also have 2 pairs of dark pink, starry, birdlike wings made of cosmic energy and nebula clouds. Despite their sleek and slender appearance, Eternal Nebula Cookie happens to have an incredibly strong upper body, being able to carry things that are 50 times their weight. Unlike other Cookies, Eternal Nebula Cookie has 2 visible fingers and toes on each of his hands and feet respectively. Additionally, one of his arms has been fragmented in some way, resulting in his hand floating separately from said arm. As a result of a rage-fueled accident, Eternal Nebula Cookie has a huge scar running across the right side of his face.
Eternal Nebula Cookie's true form, however, resembles an "ungodly" cross between a phoenix, a shrimp and a dragon, sporting 6 arms and 4 soulless eyes. His head and back become engulfed in flames, however this doesn't hurt him in the least. He also grows an extra pair of wings near his tail, alongside the larger pair of wings he possesses in his Cookie form.
Personality[]
Eternal Nebula Cookie loses his patience quite easily, but also loves to be rowdy and chaotic as well. They also tend to slack off and often sleep while doing their job at random intervals. He also seems to be a quick thinker but isn't the brightest bulb in the box according to some. Sometimes, Eternal Nebula Cookie can also be quite excitable and easily impressionable, for example, if someone curses during an argument with someone else, he will most likely join in.
This is, in reality, simply a facade used by Eternal Nebula Cookie to hide his true, red-hot and furious personality. When awoken, his demeanor immediately shifts from excitable to violent, and quite literally becomes a raging ball of fire. He also shows no mercy to anyone when awoken and will never back down, even if gravely injured.
Character Inspiration[]
Eternal Nebula Cookie, like most other Celestial Cookies, is based off a certain Celestial Monster from My Singing Monsters, in his case being Plixie. Their body type was referenced off Plixie's adult form, which is depicted with huge, muscly arms, but small, scrawny legs. Eternal Nebula Cookie also takes some inspiration from The Cometstorm from Monster Legends, which is shown by his hair, attire and his feisty, yet vengeful personality. While not a Cookiesona, Eternal Nebula Cookie's name takes inspiration from Plix's username outside of Fandom: "TheEternalPlixie".
Trivia[]
- Eternal Nebula Cookie is considered a Celestial, akin to a god in the Cookie Run Universe. The defining characteristic of Celestials appears to be that their original forms are not that of a Cookie.
- According to Eternal Nebula Cookie's loading screen trivia, "Eternal Nebula Cookie may look like a joyful new friend, but a broken promise might as well have made him the complete opposite..."
Is strong enough to throw any hater of Stardust Cookie out of the planet(THIS NOTE IS PURE SATIRE AND SHOULDN'T BE TAKEN SERIOUSLY)- Eternal Nebula Cookie's soulstone states that they have brute strength that shouldn't be taken lightly. This is in fact a reference to the Celestial Monster Plixie's adult version, which is depicted with huge, burly arms, but tiny legs.
