This diet doesn’t have a rival when it comes to weight loss, weight control, or whatever sort of damage limitation you’re after. That’s because it allows for the perfect ratio between the three macronutrients, leading to meals that get you brimming with energy while staying in a fat burning state. Carbs are inessential, so they get a zero. Fat and protein are at 1:1, level-pegging, providing all the nutrition the body needs. No culinary skills required, just fry up a few burger patties and wedge everything else in between. As a warning, you may need a big pair of mitts in order to get a decent grip.

  • Now add the yogurt over one of the burgers, the stack the other ingredients before sealing it off with the second burger.

  • You could try to attack it like a caveman would, but I'd recommend playing it safe with a knife and fork.
